The National Scout Jamboree is held every four years at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia — BSA's 10,000-acre high adventure base. More than 40,000 scouts and leaders gather for 10 days of adventure, program, and camaraderie.
The Jamboree features every BSA activity imaginable: zip lines, skateboarding, mountain biking, climbing, shooting sports, merit badges, service projects, and spectacular evening arena shows.
Troop 31 sent a contingent to the 2013 National Jamboree — the first ever held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve.
